- Responsible for the sales management and the operations of 11, 24 Hour Fitness locations in the Phoenix, Arizona market. Led and managed a team of >500 club-level professionals. P&L management of >$23 million dollars annually.
- Provided staff training and development in the areas of sales, facility presentation, and customer service to enhance business operations at each facility.
- Led the organization in club operating profit to budget and profit growth delivering $1.1m more than prior year (2010 vs. 2011).

- Implemented sales system leading to a 34% increase in new license revenue in 2009 (vs. PY).
- Served as an advisor on the product development team for bodybugg® Calorie Management System.
- Developed a forecasting model and presented for core Apex product line of nutritional supplements that contributed to an annualized inventory management cost savings of $2 million.
- Developed best practice strategies and promotional concepts that yielded a 99% increase in 2009 (vs. PY) in bodybugg® DTC sales and a 25% increase in bodybugg® sales within Apex licensees.
- Recommended key drivers for success related to pricing and positioning of core Apex product line that yielded $1.2 million in revenue with enhanced operating margins with no incremental increases in operating costs.

- Served as Peer Review to conduct a minor revision of MGT 605: Leadership & Organizations. Working collaboratively, we reworked several self-assessments students use to complete the Self-Leadership assignment.
