The Story of the Logo
I’m often asked about the Quest Consulting Service, LLC logo. In particular, people ask me about the “Q” inside of the tilted square. The basis for many of the inquiries relates to the “QAnon conspiracy.” I assure you it has nothing to do with that.
To further explain, life is a journey full of “arrivals,” but we never actually “arrive.” We move from one success or failure, one goal accomplished or not, to another throughout the arc of our lives.
In marketing terms, the “Q” is known as a “bug” (think of the Nike swoosh). I designed the circular portion to have some movement and the tail, the line that either goes through the circle or juts off of it, reminds me of a nail used in the crucifixion of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. It serves as a reminder of what he gave up saving the world.
As for the tilted square, it is deliberately unfinished because our lives are unfinished. Portions of the square are completed and have darker areas, which illustrates the experiences in our lives that left us fulfilled.

Dr. Ed Slover is an unabashed Christ-follower, and his faith serves as the foundation from which he treats others and conducts business. His development of the Q.U.E.S.T. ModelTM changes the way businesses do business.
Professionally, has over 25 years of diversified, multi-industry experience in leadership development, strategic decision making, operational excellence, managing change, and creating "raving fans."
He is also a published researcher and author, public speaker, and award-winning educator and is fiercely
passionate about individuals and businesses realizing their full potential.
In addition to his practical experience, Dr. Slover holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Psychology, and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management. He also holds certifications as a Master Coach in Life Transformation and as a Master Coach in Motivation & Goal Setting.
